Description

Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and converting leads into sales.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Make Inbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Update customer records and maintain detailed notes of interactions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Minimum education qualification: SSLC (10th pass).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and convince customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous experience in Telesales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
